Mosaic Employee Benefits

Mosaic Employee Benefits – est. 2009 – Founder Eric O’Brien started the employee benefits firm focusing on small business entrepreneur communities, startups, and early-stage businesses.  The 1-250 employee market was underserved resulting in wasted premium dollars and underutilization in all areas of a benefits package. Mosaic Employee Benefits spends the appropriate amount of time, effort, and technology with each client, allowing business owners to develop a robust insurance portfolio to attract and retain top talent.  Mosaic’s Wellness and Education seminars paired with employee 1-on-1’s are key for the health and financial well being of employees.
